me, rol and ivy went for this firefly seminar on sat and it was downright boring! haha. first, me and rol were late, we didn even noe we need to take a shuttle bus into e techozone area to e matrix block.. totally so sciency la. anyways, den when we reached, e talk had alr started.. it featured an interview w some edb personnel.. e first presentation was quite ok, den subsequent presentations by ie, spring, stb, jtc were super boring! haha e tea reception was not bad though. nvm that, but at least now i haf a clearer idea wad these agencies do... and theres this vv irritating guy fr s1 smth.. dun rmb alr. so academic driven... we talked for barely 5 mins, and i had alr come to this conclusion.. aiyo, totally not my cup of tea.
den me and rol went to post centre to study together.. we managed to solve all e problems for e post prelim math tut! woo! so proud of ourselves! haha. den went to chomp chomp for dinner.. this time we waited damn long to find seats.. by e time we started ordering food, it was abt 8.45, 9pm? ard there la.. oh! e night was still young so we decided to go walk along e sixth level of hock's block.. cos rol saed hock lives on e 6th storey.. so we did and i was saying maybe well see hock watching tv or smth.. and we did! ahaha. cos his door wasn closed ma. we burst out laughing e moment we saw him cos it was kinda unexpected.. we had quite a long chat.. e 3 of us jus standing along e corridor, outside his house, facing my block.. chatted for abt one and a half hrs i think, until 1145.. frankly, ive known hock for abt 8 yrs (according to him la!) haha, but weve never had a chat before.. hock must have thought me and rol got nothing better to do.. which is true la.. hahahaa.
