my leg cramp was damn damn painful.. its like killing me.. must be cos jus now didn do proper warm up and cool down before running..
we actuallie had a harmoc jogging session.. its harmoc cum yep thailand la.. haha. reminds mi of cedar's jogging sessions.. used to hate them to e core i rmb, but i miss e cheering though.. e class bip, e kiasuness in lining up first all e time, taking attendance and all.. so fun!
