havent been blogging for quite some time alr.. been quite busy w stuff.
like tuition and YAH, lotsa meetings and briefings gg on. my sat's booked for investment camp and e following sat got skating clinic too. later on got freshmen bash at mos.. ooh. gg w my og. most of us r gg la, except for chloe. hmm. wont be partying til late cos fri got morning class!! and jen is gg for e bash too! i havent seen her for a damn long time. although were in e same sch, but were in diff blks. so hard to meet up.. i miss her!
now that projects are coming.. i have vv little time for myself and im beginning to fall sick alr.. argh.

i realise i havent been blogging much huh. haha. its not e sch work that stresses me out la, at least not yet. im busy w gatherings and meetings instead. my timetable for next wk is packed too!! ive got to bring my sis to make ic tmr, got tuition on tue aftnoon den meeting at nite, den briefing on wed nite, thurs got tuition again.. damn tired. now falling sick alr.. argh!
yesterday was our 1.5 yr anni!! haha. we went to sentosa to 'play'.. nothing much to play actuallie and we didn wanna spend $$ on cable car or underwater world, so we jus went ard like tourists taking pictures.. quite nice la. to walk ard sentosa once in a while. they reallie do noe how to make money. =p it's def not e place for singaporeans to go.
fri we had vivace (smth like cca day). e place was damn crammed up and stuffy! haha i signed up for like 10+ ccas la. haah. siao. cfm gonna drop some. well leave my options open ma. wait for them to send me emailers den i qc see which ones im more interested in. aft that i joined jh and wenxiang for ktv session at paradiz centre. so long nv sing song w them alr, haha. and we reminisced abt our past, stuff abt ann yip and our ma course. oh ya speaking of kbox, im nv gg to e branch at paradiz centre alr. e kbox guy confiscated my fruit juice! cos he saed no outside food allowed. and he didn return me my drink aft that!!! argh! my fruit juice still full leh!! wad e hell la.
im broke this week. damn broke. i spent $83 to sign up for programmes during vivace. plus $20 on kbox. thats $100 jus on one day!! smbody teach me how to save!

okies, post abt my lessons this wk. onli had two la, not many. but had quite clear idea of how things are gg to be like. i didn bring my lappie to sch for mon and today, cos its kinda heavy and a burden to bringing it ard.. ill bring it to sch still, sooner or later, jus that nows e beginning only, dun really need lappie la. though most ppl are bringing their lappies alr.
i shall start w biz law i had on mon morning.. its kinda boring, maybe due to e nature of e subject. but e prof makes it a bit worse la i think. cos his voice is monotonous.. and hes stingy w breaks too. haha. can u believe we actually went thru e hierarchy of courts and e diff acts.. i cant really rmb la. die. how to major in law lydat.. haha.
for tue class, which is FA. my prof was prof gan, and hes quite a cute old man. marcus joined me for FA cos hes thinking of bidding for that. i was almost late for class la, cos that stupid 147 came so late. in e end i took nel to dhoby ghaut and walked all e way fr econs blk to soa. walk until my legs gonna break. now i noe i def cant take train to dhoby ghaut and walk. FA was relatively better than biz law, cos he did some intro to e subject, spent quite some time on that.. haha. before gg on to e topic proper. but at least i can understand wad hes talking abt, which is a good thing. yep.
i heard fr some frens that their classes are quite jia lat, like many ppl chionging to ans qns, a bit scary and competitive la. my class still ok, we jus ask when in doubt and ans when e prof asked us. we dun fight to speak.
i bought my books too alr, except for comms and one biz law text. im thinking of whether theyre necessary. hmm. hope not. i really wanna save e money.
and i went for my first Take Charge! leadership training program w YAH jus now fr 7-9pm. it was quite interesting, made a few frens there. i found smone who doesn take jap food like me! shes mel, melanie if i didn rmb wrongly. cool! haha. got some work to do for e next YAH meeting. YAH stands for youth advolution for health or smth like that, to promote healthy living. do stuff concerning health issues, but we do it e more 'stylish' way, and not e conventional community service kinda stuff. haha. quite looking fwd to it. now were planning for e YAH anniversary bash. cool stuff eh.
tmr got LTB at 330pm.. luckily no need to wake up so early.. phew.

finally met up w ivy today!! havent seen her in a while ever since she left for hk! seems like shes fitting quite well into hall life. hai. i wonder whens e next time e 3 sisters all gonna meet.. today, me, jen and ivy went ard orchard shopping for lotsa stuff, for belts, court shoes, earrings blah blah. ended up buying lotsa unnecessary stuff.. all ivys fault la! shouldn have followed her into e shop selling earrings. now i have 2 more pairs in addition to e 2 rol bought for me. argh. ivy said rol has been showering me w gifts and she made a comment, saying rol must have done smth wrong in taiwan, so spending MORE money than usual is e solution to redeem himself.. or maybe hes scared ill forget abt him once im in uni, so hes reminding me w his gifts that hes still ard.. haha. sounds plausible eh. ill go check out whether hes done anything wrong.. hahaha.
anyways, we def needa meet up, even if ivys staying at nus hall.. ill miss ya and take care k dear. im so worried she cant cope, shes having 6 tuition assignments now can u believe it.. wonder woman, pls dun break down.

ive got a new watch!! fr espirit. a gift fr rol! haha. he promised to buy me a watch and he did! cos i broke my watch when i was in asoc camp. and of cos gifts fr taiwan which include earrings, necklace, a super nice notebook that costs SGD8 plus, some keychains.. he bought all fr diff places, so this proved that he thought of me constantly when he was there. haha.
now a bit on my freshman camp. first thing, e name of my grp.. cundinamarca. cund-inamar-ca. doesn it sound super vulgar? dunno how e organising committee came up w e name. anyways, e camp was fun, though it was focusing more on teambuilding stuff. our faci, azleen was kinda strict at times, but she also joked ard and laughed w us.. we had a mixture of ppl in e grp and we all got along together. e camp was diff fr other camps like smux and asoc cos there was debrief aft each ACTIVITY and learning points to take note of. e camp was supposed to inculcate e CIRCLE values in us, like integrity, commitment, blah blah.. smtimes i felt it was a bit 'duh', but nonetheless, there was still fun! i made lotsa frens too. e girls clicked damn well and e guys were damn crappy. all e guys in my grp are nice guys.. actuallie i feel smu guys are generally gentlemanly and nice la. we bitched ard and gossiped abt other ppl. names like qian shou guan yin (buddha w thousand hands) came up and we jus crapped all e way! we got real dirty on e 2nd and 3rd day of e camp and there was a bit of kayaking too! oh ya, and theres 2 smokers fr my grp, super heavy smokers. i wonder how they survive w/o cigarettes.
anyways, thanks to all of them who made my freshmen camp so enjoyable and unforgettable. previously i heard complaints fr ppl who went for run 1, that theirs was boring, but i had alot of fun in run 2. so it all depends on ur grp and ur attitude. run 3 ppl, dun worry so much la. and to my campmates: stay in touch k! see ya all at convo and vivace!
oh ya. and i managed to catch fireworks last nite too!! w rol, fq, jinhan, swee keat, via, ron and hock. but of cos since rol and i were late, we didn meet up w e rest until e end of e fireworks. it was freaking crowded can!! me and rol almost couldn get onto e train fr dhoby ghaut to city hall. and it was packed all e way fr mrt to esplanade. woah. but rol and i managed to squeeze thru e crowd to e riverside and catch a superb view of e fireworks. it was def nicer than last yr's. if only there weren so many ppl, how sweet would that be..

today we didn get to watch e fireworks at all la! wad e hell!! and huitian pangseh us again!!
i pity those waiting at e esplanade, it was so congested. haha. shuping and i were at e marina sq food court (open area), so we could get a better view. even then, we spent a looong time waiting for ppl to finish their food to let us sit. sm ppl were waiting to watch e fireworks too, so they sat there as if their butts were glued to e seats. argh. we were having our dinner as we waited for e fireworks. it was so disappointing to hear that e fireworks display was over and we couldn even hear or see a single thing. luckily we didn go squeeze w so many other ppl down at e esplanade area. there was this guy standing beside us complaining abt not being able to catch e fireworks, he said this was a nation-wide scam! hhaa. quite funnie. but i dun get it leh.. if u cant see fireworks at esplanade there, why did so many ppl turn up? or is it jus us, at e marina sq food court, who missed all e fun and excitement? i saw police patrolling and keeping traffic in control wad.. anyways, im determined to catch e fireworks this sat. rol will be back and ill drag him to watch w me. haha. and of cos our 42-mates. fengquan msg to say meet at 6pm for dinner then watch tog, but my camps (at changi) gonna end at 5pm. should i go home bathe first den rush down? jen offered her hse (at tampines) for us to freshen up, but lydat i rather go home and bathe. aiyo.
ta-da for e next 3 days. dun miss me.

smu has reallie nice guys. real gentlemen. theres roy in jen's grp, roy in my smux grp and lingkai fr my asoc grp, jus to name a few. lingkai has gone out of e way to help. cos this morning i was fretting over how to set up my router for wireless connection and he happened to be online too. so i was telling him my problem and we tried troubleshooting online. and he even offered to come my hse to check out e router thing. dun think of it as him trying to get close to me and all that rubbish ok. hes got a steady gf and theyre super loving. yep, so later on he called to say hes on e way here, even though he doesn noe where is serangoon central. haha. (hes driving fr toapayoh). i felt vv paiseh having to trouble him.. so he came over and we figured out i need to buy a splitter to connect my ethernet cable. i felt so touched that there r ppl who are willing to go e extra mile to help someone. its reallie e thought that counts. i hope there are more ard in smu!! haha, den whenever i have problems, theres always smone to lend a helping hand. haha.

oh ya and later ck called to help solve e router problem too. he called his frens and e solution was to buy an ethernet card and incorporate into e cpu, so that i can connect my ethernet cable properly. and ck offered to do jus that! yay! waited like damn long for him to say that la! haha. no la. i wont wanna trouble him. he lives in bukit batok leh! like e end of e earth la. but thanks anyways. and if yoo need consultation for IT stuff, like wad things to buy and what not to buy, yoo can ask him.

one asoc faci died in e car accident a few days ago.. his name is chow guan ren.. how unfortunate. we jus saw him during asoc camp a week ago. though i dun rmb how he looks like, but i noe ive seen him before. tsktsk. it jus shocks me at how fragile life is. hes only a yr 2 student!! hai. who ask him to go clubbing la..
i went shopping w jen yesterday at ps and we bought so much stuff! bag, jeans, 3 quarts, shirt.. poof. our money's gone in a flash. but it was shiok to get good bargains and esp aft e stats test. so many of my brain cells are killed in jus 2 hrs, i need to replenish my energy. ahha. shopping helps! oh ya, for e stats test rite, one correct ans is worth 5 mks, one wrong minus 1 mk, and unanswered qns will get no marks. so i wanted to leave a few questions blank, but i realise its more worth it to take a gamble, so i tickam for all e questions i dunno. haha. and i suddenli blanked out on how to do normal distribution! arh. damn. haha. oh wadeva. ill jus pray that ill pass. maybe heng heng can pass? oh and to pass rite, u need to pass BOTH sections. e 50MCQs are divided into 2 sections. gotta pass both before u pass overall.

yesterday i went for ktv session w my beach party mates! altogether 7 of us turned up: joel, weibin, marcus, matthias, shirley, jolyn and me! yuelin and zhiwei were supposed to come too, but yuelin had some last min meeting and zhiwei couldn get e car, so they didn come. we had dinner at gluttons bay, i didn noe e full name was makansutra gluttons bay. haha. den later we went to sing at partyworld at oriental plaza. e place looked kinda shabby, oh well, all partyworlds lydat i guess. we had such a great time singing!! all got so high! joel can sing exceptionally well leh. and hes well versed in jap songs too! marc can sing hokkien and jolyn and shirley can sing canto songs. im e most useless one la. haha. we started singing fr 8 plus to abt 12 plus, close to 1am. luckily marc drove his car, so we got a free ride home! yes, e girls got a free ride home. haha. now we noe who to include for our outings in e future. *chuckles*
ok enough of play, nows e time to mug for stats. i jus realised stats test is next mon! shucks.
and theres superband finals tonight. my sis got tix to e finals. so lucky.
ive got e last camp coming up on 10th-12th, dun feel like gg leh.. im sorta tired of camps alr. haha.

yesterday acad briefing was boring. all e slides will be uploaded on e smu web la. aiyo. a bit waste time. haha. but i got a treat fr roy. cos e smux guys owe e gals a treat la. hes e only gentleman who rmbed. weishan got a treat too, cos ting zhe you fen. we had swensens at ps. w ck and their frens too. but roy gotta leave early for ndp rehearsal. so ck, me, weishan, amanda, lance, buffy went to play pool den headed for movie. we watched lake hse. e show was kinda boring. only at e last part, a bit of climax. i didn reallie understand e whole movie, unlike ck. he slept for like half e movie, but he could still understand more and better than me. alamak. haha. cos he was sitting beside me, when i turned over to look at him, he was sleeping la! luckily he saed not to wake him up if hes sleeping, if not i sure kena scolded. haha. aft e movie, i went to newton to meet my smux mates for outing. that stupid manfred dun wanna come meet me at e mrt. they left for newton circus first, cos i was late. anyways, so i got a bit lost. but luckily im smart enough to find my way there. ON MY OWN. e food was ok only la, i still feel chomp chomp de hokkien mee, stingray better. so aft that we took jon's car to selegie rd to have some drinks. did i mention he drove a class 4 "van"? haha. its those family car. haha. super big. can fit all of us in leh! that jon ar, dunno how to parallel park wan. no la, cos e cars too big to parallel park. so we had heineken, which i didn reallie like. i drank only half a cup and gave it away to fangkai. and we smoked shi sha too, apple flavoured. e first few puffs were ok, but subsequently i detested it. totally cannot take it. so in e end e guys were e ones heavily smoking away. im sure i wont be addicted to cigarettes. haha. den we drove to timbre, but changed to orchard dunno wad bar, i cant rmb. den we chill a bit, had a few drinks and talked. i managed to catch e last bus home! at abt 1210am. haha. not bad eh. good timing.

santino should be out for e thousandth time! hes so arrogant and selfish! his personality is cocked up la seriously. i dun understand why he can still remain in e competition, despite all e nasty criticisms fr e judges. i feel e judges detest his character, but acknowledge his creativity. thats why they kept him in e competition for so long. argh. terrible guy. i hate him!
oh ya and i adopted a pet, called pippy. its a turtle. hung ard my neck. haha. i love him! its a him! jen gave it e name. oh well. say hi to pippy!

i wanted to go swimming initially, but i fell asleep! bah. e weather is damn good now la. and i fell asleep cos of? stats! stats is such a boring section of math. i jus read e first chapt on probability and i couldn take it alr. haha. im flipping thru my jc notes to revise for e upcoming stats test. although i noe ill probably flunk it (thats wad all e seniors say), but ive paid for it! $25 leh! tickam also must tickam my way thru! ok. i shall be a good girl and make effort to read one more chapt. at least i wont feel bad when i fail rite. haha.
dear is at outfield in taiwan. haish. msg him also dun have reply. and yesterday was qi xi qing ren jie! i bet he also dunno la. haha.
